List your accommodations

To list your accommodations on MyRehat, follow these steps:

Log in to MyRehat >> “Dashboard” >> “Listings” >> “Add Listings”

You need to provide the following information:

  1. Type of place: Choose from Entire Place, Private Room, or Shared Room.
  2. Listing title: A title for your listing.
  3. Description of your listing: A brief description.
  4. Type of listing: Select the appropriate type from options like Apartment, Bed and Breakfast, Boutique Hotel, Condo, House, Secondary Unit, Studio or Unique Space.
  5. Number of bedrooms: Specify the number of bedrooms.
  6. Number of beds: Specify the number of beds.
  7. Number of rooms: Indicate the total number of rooms.
  8. Number of bathrooms: Specify the number of bathrooms.
  9. Number of guests: Specify the maximum number of guests your place can accommodate.
  10. Muslim-friendly: Ensure your listing includes the Kiblat sign, Sejadah and the Quran.
  11. Bedrooms: Bedroom Name, Number of Beds, Number of Guest and Bed Type.
  12. Minimum Booking Days ( Optional ) : Set the least number of days required for booking

  • Nightly Pricing: The standard per-night rate.
  • Weekend Pricing: A different rate for weekends, which can be set for Saturday and Sunday, Friday and Saturday, or Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Long-term Pricing: Set rates for weekly (7+ nights) and monthly (30+ nights) stays.
  • Cleaning Fee: Per Day or Per Stay.
  • Custom Period Prices ( Optional ) : Adjust pricing for specific dates, like Christmas (e.g., December 24-25).
  • Extra Services Prices ( Optional ) : Set up extra services for your guests such as providing food, a personal driver and more.

  • Strict:The strict policy is less flexible as it does not allow guest bookings to be amended or modified. In the case of cancellations, guests will not receive any refund (0% refund).

Yes, you can sync your MyRehat listings with other OTAs using the iCal format, which is supported by most OTAs. Here’s how to do it:

  3. Choose one of your listings.

  6. In the Calendar section, you have several options:

Export: This allows you to generate an iCal link for your MyRehat listing.

No, MyRehat doesn’t publish your listings immediately. After you submit your listings, MyRehat will conduct a verification process. Once your listings have been checked and verified, you will receive an email notification confirming that your listings have been published on the website. This process ensures that the listings meet MyRehat’s standards and are ready for guests to view and book.

  6. Inside the reservation detail, you will find a “Message” button. Click on it to initiate or continue the conversation with your guests.
  7. Additionally, you will receive email notifications, allowing you to stay informed about guest messages and promptly respond to their requests.

After the payment is processed, you’ll get their name, phone number, and email in your inbox. At the same time, the guest will receive your contact details.

  7. Price: Set the initial price for your experience.
  8. Price After Label refers to the price variations based on the number of participants. For instance, you might have different prices for individual participants or for a group of four. (RM 120 / 6 pax).

Yes, you can instantly book accommodations without registration or login. MyRehat will automatically create an account for you using the provided email address and a password, and then send the login details to your email. This ensures a hassle-free booking experience.

To check your reservations, navigate to “MyRehat >> Dashboard >> Reservations.” Here, you’ll find a list of your booked accommodations and their details. You can only check your reservations after completing the registration process.

You can leave a review for your stay by following these steps:

  1. Go to “MyRehat >> Dashboard >> Reservations.”
  2. Click on one of your reservations.
  3. Find the “Review” option and share your feedback.

 

 

You can message the host in two different scenarios depending on the host:

  1. For Instant Booking:   Go to MyRehat >> Dashboard >> Reservations >> Details.   Find the “Message” icon to communicate with the host
  2. If you’ve made a Request Booking:    Go to MyRehat >> Dashboard >> Messages to communicate with the host.

Additionally, you will receive email notifications, allowing you to stay informed about the responses from the host.

Yes, you can save your favorite listings for easy access. To do this, simply browse the listing you like and click on the “Add to Favorites” or “Save” option. You’ll be able to access your favorite listings in your account for future reference.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, you can contact us to verify your email.
