2. No high volume of noise after 11pm.
3. Guest who messed and caused horrible dirt will be charged with RM300 for cleaning.
4. Guest are advised to take off shoes inside house.
5. Clean up the place like your home when you leave. Guest stays more than 7 days will be provided with a maid once a week at No charge. Bed lining and towels will be provided once a week.
6. Guest is advised to wash all the dishes after used and to trash the kitchen waste every day to ensure no breed of flies and caused odor smell in the premises.
7. Access card and password will be given upon your check-in.
8. Turn off all the switch eg. air conditioner, water heater and lights before you leave the premises.
9. Loss of key/access card will be charged RM100 for replacement.
10. No Pet allowed.
11. Follow rules given when using any residence facilities.
